Shipping times kick in when your order has left Brava's headquarters. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Taxes
The prices of products displayed in the online store do not include taxes. The adequate tax rate will be applied to your order according to the province to which it will be shipped. You can confirm this exact tax amount (if applicable) during the checkout process.

Please note that if your shipping address is outside of Canada, your order is subject to your country's local duties and taxes, and the customer is responsible for paying such fees. The customs process may also delay your shipment.

Our online store accepts all significant credit card payments through Shopify and PayPal.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If your order isn't quite right, no sweat. Just follow the rules below.

FIRST FREE RETURN

At Brava, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer the first free return on all orders placed after April 5, 2025.

First Free Return Conditions

  • Only valid for the first return of an order.
  • The item must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • If you make multiple returns for the same order, only the first one will be processed free of charge. Subsequent returns will be charged at our regular rates.
  • Product is in its original state and has not been worn, used or washed
  • Tags are attached, and the product is in its original gift bag
  • Sale items are non-refundable but may be returned for store credit.
  • Last Chance items & accessories (bottles, swim caps, towels, socks, hats) are FINAL SALE. CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

REGULAR RETURNS

Online orders may be returned for a refund or credit within 30 days of your order fulfillment date. Fill out a return request for the items you wish to return. Once your return is approved, you can print a return shipping label with our preferred commercial order to ship your items back to our headquarters. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

All returned products must be in their original state, unworn, unused, and with the original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise not in resellable condition.

Please note that we do not offer price adjustments.

EXCHANGES

Products cannot be exchanged traditionally. Instead, we offer a refund for products returned within 30 days and recommend placing a new order for the replacement item. This speeds up the process for the customer and simplifies billing.

We offer the option of using a prepaid return label to facilitate returns. Brava will cover the cost.

The shipping costs for the new replacement. Upon return approval, Brava will provide a shipping code.

USA & International orders: We encourage an international carrier with a tracking number. Indicate on the Customs return form: Description: RETURNED MERCHANDISE. If these guidelines are not followed, any customs fees charged to Brava upon delivery will be deducted from your refund.


BRAVA LIMITED PERFORMANCE WARRANTY

We stand behind our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your BRAVA purchase. We place a very high importance on the quality of our products, which are designed to be durable and tested by our athletes and ambassadors. Defects are rare, but nothing is perfect (1-3% of cases to be precise, which is the industry standard). As such, BRAVA offers a limited performance warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

If you believe a BRAVA product you purchased has a workmanship flaw or defect, please contact us with detailed information and pictures to help us assess the situation as best as possible. At our discretion, BRAVA will repair or replace the apparel at no charge to the original owner for up to one year from the purchase date.

 

The following are NOT covered by our limited performance warranty:
• Normal wear and tear;
• Overuse;
• Improper care;
• Material pilling due to contact with rough surfaces (ex. Velcro, saddle
embroidery, race belt, backpacks, etc.)


 

CRASH REPAIRS


If your BRAVA apparel is damaged following a crash, send us a picture, and we will try to repair it for a reasonable cost.
