Your order isn’t quite right and you’re looking to make a return or exchange? No sweat. Just follow the rules below.
Policy for returning or exchanging merchandise:
• Must be within 15 days of order fulfillment date
• Product is in its original state and has not been worn, used or washed
• Tags are attached and product is in its original gift bag
• Sale items & accessories (bottles, swim caps, towels, socks, hats) are FINAL SALE and CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
NOTE: Returned product must be in its original state, unworn, unwashed and with the original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that is not in re-sellable condition.
Please note that we do not offer price adjustments.
USA & International orders: We encourage you to use an international carrier with a tracking number. Clearly indicate on the Customs return form: Description: RETURNED MERCHANDISE. If these guidelines are not followed, any customs fees charged to Brava upon delivery will be deducted from your return.
Online orders may be returned for a refund or credit within 15 days from your order fulfillment date. Fill out a return request for the items you wish to return. Once your return is approved, you will be able to print a return shipping label with our preferred commercial rate in order to ship your items back to our headquarters. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
If you would like to exchange items for a different size:
1. Fill out a return request for the items you wish to exchange. You will be provided the option to exchange for another size in the return portal. Once your exchange is approved, you will be able to print a return shipping label with our preferred commercial rate in order to ship your items back to our headquarters.
If you would like to exchange items for a different colour or item:
1. Fill out a return request for the items you wish to exchange. Once your return is approved, you will be able to print a return shipping label with our preferred commercial rate in order to ship your items back to our headquarters. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
2. Place a NEW order for the items you want. Shipping is on us so we will provide a free shipping code upon approval of the return for any shipping fees paid during checkout, if applicable.
We stand behind our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your BRAVA purchase. We place a very high importance on the quality of our products, all of which are designed to be durable and tested by our athletes and ambassadors. Defects are very rare, but nothing is perfect (1-3% of cases to be precise, which is the industry standard). As such, BRAVA offers a limited performance warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
If you believe a BRAVA product you purchased has a workmanship flaw or defect, please contact us with detailed information and pictures in order to help us assess the situation as best as possible. At our discretion, BRAVA will either repair or replace the apparel at no charge, for the original owner, for up to one year from the purchase date.
The following are NOT covered by our limited performance warranty:
• Normal wear and tear;
• Improper care;
• Material pilling due to contact with rough surfaces (ex. Velcro, saddle
embroidery, race belt, backpacks, etc.)
