Cuissard à bretelles (bib) Essentiel

I already own a pair of Brava chamois shorts that I like (not bibs tho) so ordered the same size in the bibs. I am right in the middle of the 'Medium' size chart for waist and hips so felt confident in the sizing decision. I hand-washed/air dried before wear. I found the bibs to bit more snug than I'd prefer on the 'comfort' scale and they also felt a little short between the crotch and top of suspenders (I'm 5'4"). I also found the mesh part of the bibs to be a bit itchy upon first wear. Overall, they're still comfortable so I'm hoping that with continued wear and gentle washing that the sizing will mould to me a bit better and the mesh fabric will soften. The chamois itself is very comfortable and I like the feel of the shorts fabric.

Look, confort… its perfect and I love it! Will purchase another pair!

C'est mon deuxième bib Brava et le fit est aussi confortable que le premier. Selon la charte des tailles je serais entre S et M, j'ai pris M et l'impression de soutien est parfait.

You either like bibs or not. The Brava ones are made of the best fabric and the great quality make them last. Especially on long rides, I'm still comfortable, no chafing, no irritation which is a relief. I am a tall athletic cyclist, with large hips and thighs. After trying several brands this model is a keeper and the only one I wear, in different colors!
